Why the 360 feedback? The great thing about our 360 feedback is that since the questionnaires are completed anonymously (and the project run by me, (a third party)), it will feel less awkward for the people whose views you respect or wish to learn more about, to provide feedback or “development suggestions” about you. Their anonymous responses will come straight to me and I will then draft a feedback summary for you. After all, who would want to be so direct as to tell their boss or colleague that their leadership style leaves a lot to be desired? This 360 feedback gets around this dilemma.
