How to be visible while working remotely

Getting promotion and recognition while still working remotely can be challenging however, the key part is to ensure you are visible! attending a Zoom call and quietly keeping your opinions and ideas to yourself will not cut it. Instead, be visible in every sense. This doesn't mean jumping and speaking on top of other people but rather, share ideas with your boss, colleagues, give feedback. When it comes to appraisals, keep a record of your work, document your achievements, what was your role, what did you learn, what was the feedback?
