  • Operational management/leadership skills & experience

  • Quick Learner i.e. ability to master content and operations in a manner that is befitting of a senor exec.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to unexpected situations

  • Ability to recover after failure

  • Innovative and tech savvy - evidence of introducing new technology, or KPIs. Experience of using SaaS and other tools (ERPs, CRMs, performance & time management tools)

  • Knowledge transfer/mentoring subordinates

  • Ability to understand and empathise with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to make rapid decisions in the absence of time and information

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
