With continuing turbulence on the oil markets, effects of hurricane Ida, supply chain bottlenecks, inflationary pressures, is it time (global) orgs. started to look at paying expatriates or, those whose (local) salaries are not pegged to the US$, in Crypto?
Perhaps Spilt Pay or, Interim Reviews take care of exchange rate fluctuations and Crypto could be a step too far. However, given current oil price hikes (before winter has properly set in, in some of the world's largest economies), is it time to tentatively consider Crypto? For me, the jury’s still out but in the words of Paul Samuelson (often attributed to Keynes) "When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do sir?".
